RETURNS:

1. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery of the order
   

2. Returns will only be accepted if the product is not worn, damaged, washed or has a distinct smell

3. Send an email to limitlessmomentumcontact@gmail.com reference your return/exchange

4. We will send you a pre-printed label and it will be the customer’s responsibility to send the item back within the 14-day period.

5. The cost of pre-printed label will be deducted from customer’s original total

6. We are not responsible for stolen or undelivered products

7. In the event the wrong item is sent, send us an email at limitlessmomentumcontact@gmail.com

8. Refunds will be issued by way of payment once return is accepted

EXCHANGES:

Once the item is inspected and is acceptable to number 2 listed above, we will ship the new item back to you. If the original item appears to be worn, damaged or has a distinct smell, it will be sent back to you and an exchange will not be completed.
